A light introduction to our interactive 45-minute class. Great for those who have previous boxing experience. Sign up online or arrive 5 minutes early to sign up. 16oz gloves only or gloves/wraps provided.
1 on 1 intro to Boxing

Junior/Youth/Adult Class
This one-on-one, 30-minute private training session teaches the fundamentals of stance, footwork, punches, defense, and class structure. Great for those with little to no experience. Sign up online or arrive 5 minutes early to sign up and have hands wrapped. Gloves and wraps are provided.
